I recently ordered two polishes from Darling Diva Polish, one being Ringer. The shimmer in Ringer is a dead ringer (hehe) for certain other colors such as Clarins 230 and Max Factor Fantasy Fire. Super super super popular stuff, and I cannot tell you how many times I almost bought those (they’re $$$!). I was glad to find this and it really is a beauty. It is available on Etsy for $8.

My base was Sally Hansen… but I forgot what the name was!!

Blues tend to be an amazing base for colors that have a shift. I tried Ringer over a sparkly red and the effect just wasn’t there. This is awesome.
