Summer Sweat

When I first started sewing back in 2006 (not that I have much since then!), I made a dress out of this awesome clearance material from JoAnn’s- lightweight, beautiful colors, perfect for summer. I no longer have the dress, but I did make an infinity scarf back then out of scrap material. That scarf is one of my favorite wardrobe pieces ever. I will wear it in every season, and even though it’s sweltering Florida temps now, I just had to wear it again when I rediscovered it a few days ago. I must find more fabric like this in the future, I would wear a million different versions of this scarf!

I have to admit though… It did get a bit warm at work.
